Due to an overwhelming response of Jazz Residences, we are also set to open TOWER 2 so that everyone will have the chance to line up for the hottest units! By the way, TOWER 1 is 90% sold out in just a span of two months! I’m not surprised. Jazz Residences is a residential condominium project that lives up to the standards of the many young executives who eagerly purchased a unit for himself/herself; or OFW’s that wanted to grab a piece for investment. I’ll be honest; mostly your main purpose to own a unit at Jazz Residences is for investment.

So anyway, as we are all impatiently waiting for Tower 2 to open, you can already line up for these units; much like many did for Tower 1; which explains the fact that when we released the final details of the project; almost all units have a reservation already.

The Jazz Residences is located at the corner of Nicanor Garcia Avenue and Jupiter Street at Bel-Air, Makati. It’s very convenient to go to. If you’re familar with Buendia or Gil Puyat Avenue, Nicanor Garcia is just along that road. Turn left to Nicanor if you’re coming from Osmena Highway, turn right if you’re coming from the Fort. Speaking of the Fort, you’re also pretty close there because all you have to do is turn to Buendia and go straight up the Fort flyover and before you know it you’ll be jogging at Bonifacio High Street!

Note at the map that Budji Layug’s office is just across Jazz Residences. Hmmm.. this uber famous interior designer is going to have his hands full.

See this photo below? It’s crazy. A crazy, but pleasant surprise. Yes, Jazz Residences already accessible. But SM Development Corp. just had to propose an exclusive bridge for residents connecting Jazz Residences to Salcedo Village! Salcedo Village is, as you all know it, home to THE Makati Business District offices.

Let me just begin by saying that the Jazz Residences just may be grandest project in Makati City, compared to any other project there by other developers! For one thing, we can all be happy to know that this is finally a project that young urban achievers can really afford. Another thing is, when we are usually on the hunt for that condo unit in Makati, we would usually find ourselves in luxurious and shiny model units, and of course like most things that glitter, their price is indeed… gulp… like gold! So we look for inexpensive ones and there are a ton of them in the sea but it would probably be of substandard quality with a ??questionable?? completion date.

What I’m trying to say is, the Jazz Residences is a ginormous sigh of relief from not having to choose between the regular good qualityBUTexpensive and affordableBUTlowquality because based from the project details, it’s going to be the best of both sides.

I would hate to overload you with too much information. I’m going to divide the main details per category, just so you won’t bleed from the eyes!
